The Australian Body Art Carnivale 2010 is being orchestrated by a voluntary organising committee with members from five alliance organisations based in Eumundi - the Eumundi Chamber of Commerce (ECC), the Eumundi Combined Community Organisation (ECCO), the Eumundi and District Community Association (EDCA), the Eumundi and District Historical Association (EHA) and Eumundi Square.
The committee has contracted the services of event manager Danielle Taylor of Firefly Solutions.
The event was initiated in 2007 by the EHA, a not-for-profit community association that supports community development including the custodianship of the School of Arts and operation of Discover Eumundi heritage and visitors centre.
The Carnivale provides a unique event that highlights the artistic talents and energy of the Eumundi community.
